# The Yield Standard

> The Yield Standard is an independent, operational credential for coaching practices — it verifies whether a coaching practice is actually *working today*, not merely that the coach was once trained. It is paired with a 2-year founding program that takes an accomplished professional from corporate to a real, certified, paying coaching practice. Founded by Jamella Waller (Yieldwell Group LLC). Tagline: "Build a future you own."

The Yield Standard exists to close a gap: most coaching credentials verify that someone *started* — they certify training at a point in time. They do not verify whether the practice a coach built actually operates. The Yield Standard is an operational credential earned on demonstrated, ongoing results across three pillars (Coaching Mastery, Practice Build, and the Coach's own sustainability system). It is earned on proof, held by continuing to operate at standard, publicly verifiable, and it can be revoked. It complements existing credentials (such as the ICF) rather than replacing them.

The brand voice is evidence-based, plain-spoken, and anti-hype. It does not promise outcomes it cannot verify.
